Aussie-Corgi a.k.a Auggie puppies for sale. They are moxed between Mini Australian Shepard and mini Corgi mixing pups.. Will be prepared for August 12th. Priced at $500 for the merles and $400 for the tri. Only males left.
About the Aussie-Corgi
The Aussie-Corgi, also called the Auggie, is a designer crossbreed combining the Australian Shepherd with the Pembroke Welsh Corgi or Cardigan Welsh Corgi. This charming hybrid typically inherits the Corgi's short stature and the Australian Shepherd's striking colors and markings, resulting in a compact herding dog with a big personality.
Aussie-Corgis usually have the Corgi's distinctive short legs and long body, though proportions vary. Their coat is medium length and comes in the beautiful merle, tricolor, or bicolor patterns typical of Australian Shepherds. They may have the Aussie's striking blue or heterochromatic eyes, which create a captivating appearance on their smaller frame.
These dogs are intelligent and energetic, inheriting strong herding instincts from both parent breeds. They need daily exercise and mental stimulation — at least 45-60 minutes — though their shorter legs mean they tire more quickly than full-sized Australian Shepherds. Aussie-Corgis are typically affectionate and loyal to their families but may be reserved with strangers. They can be vocal and make excellent watchdogs.
Their herding instincts may manifest as nipping at heels, especially with children or other pets. Early training and socialization are important. Their medium-length coat sheds moderately year-round with heavier seasonal shedding requiring regular brushing. Due to their long backs, they should avoid excessive jumping to prevent spinal issues. Best suited for active families seeking a compact, intelligent companion that retains herding breed traits in a smaller package.
