Hello everyone, I have 2 males and 5 females Rottweilers that will be 8 weeks old this Sunday... The tails are docked, and the nails are declawed... They've also been dewormed twice and will get their shots tomorrow... All paperwork and shot records were included, as was Akc paperwork... Both parents are present, as are both Akc. About the Rottweiler
The Rottweiler is a powerful German breed with ancient Roman roots, originally used for herding livestock and pulling carts. Today, these robust dogs serve as police dogs, service animals, and devoted family guardians. They're naturally reserved with strangers, making them excellent watchdogs who assess situations before reacting. Grooming is minimal, requiring only weekly brushing despite moderate shedding. Rottweilers are not suitable for first-time owners or those unable to establish clear boundaries. In the right hands, they become trustworthy, devoted companions who would defend their family without hesitation.
